If you are looking to commit to at least 6 sessions, this option will allow you to work with Ben to create a tailored and structured session plan to suit your individual needs.
Team Workshop: From £200
For larger groups, this is the ideal option to have core concepts of Sport and Exercise Psychology taught whilst having value for everyone in the room.
